The historic contractor model delivered what was perceived as a flexible workforce. Due to changes in legislation, this workforce is disappearing. Rather than simply fill the gap this leaves, Liqueo is increasing this flexibility by offering clients the use of our consultants through a statement of work that is fully adaptable to the changing project requirements. Our consultants can be full time, part time or ad-hoc to meet the needs of the project. A very different, fluid and flexible approach to that of the old contractor market.

Andrew, Richard and Stephan have worked together for over 10 years at many Financial Establishments globally, delivering large scale programmes. Incorporating these areas of expertise, Liqueo can deliver complex global programmes for clients, on scope, on budget and on time.
Andrew Proud
Andrew is a successful Programme Manager having worked for Clients and Vendors in Financial Institutions for more than 20 years.
Stephan Williams
Stephan has spent over 20 years in financial services recruitment and built a successful global recruitment business focused on the asset and wealth management domains.
Richard Over
Richard has managed and successfully implemented complex global programmes and managed IT teams in the asset management industry for around 23 years.
