We’ve been engaged as an independent board-level advisor to support a leading global asset manager (~$500bn AUM) as they embark on one of the most significant change programmes in their recent history. The firm is moving to a fully managed, SaaS-based operating model built around a market-leading core platform – a scale of transformation they haven’t undertaken before. Alongside the platform shift, they are also reviewing a long-standing middle-office arrangement, introducing even more change into an already high-stakes environment.
