There will be the opportunity to put your own questions directly to them as they share real-world insights and experiences on key topics including:
- Legacy tech and data strategy: What does effective data enablement look like in a modern operating model?
- Product diversification and private markets: How are firms responding to increased demand for alternatives and full-portfolio transparency?
- Transformation risk: Why do front-to-back programmes so often face challenges – and is the human element the critical success factor?
The evening is also designed as a closed-door gathering of senior leaders. There will be networking with your peers to exchange experiences, compare lessons learned from large-scale programmes, and continue discussions over drinks and canapés.
