With over 20 years of experience in financial services recruitment, he played a pivotal role in shaping the industry by co-founding Empiric, a specialist recruitment firm that grew into a global entity under his leadership.

Today, as CEO of Liqueo, Stephan leads with boundless energy, vision, and an unwavering commitment to both his team and clients. He has cultivated a company that thrives on expertise, transparency, and genuine care for its people. Andrew is one of Liqueo’s three Founding Directors. With a career spanning technical development, business analysis, project and programme management, Andrew has built a consultancy that understands every facet of the Asset and Wealth Management industry. Having worked across client, vendor, and consultancy roles, he brings a 360-degree perspective to business transformation, ensuring solutions are tailored, practical, and results-driven.

His global experience across Asia, Europe, and the USA has shaped his approach—one that values efficient organisation and process-driven transformation above all. Andrew’s philosophy is simple: technology is only as good as the processes it supports. His focus is on delivering lasting value to clients by optimising business change, streamlining operations, and driving impactful transformation.

Richard is one of the founding directors of Liqueo, where he brings decades of expertise in leading large-scale, transformative programmes across the asset and wealth management industry. With experience spanning front-to-back office operations, he is known for delivering efficient, client-focused solutions that are fast, effective, and within budget.

Before co-founding Liqueo, Richard built a career driving global change programmes for leading financial institutions. He has a talent for connecting with stakeholders at every level—whether working with C-suite executives or technical teams on the ground. A strong advocate for configuration over customisation, Richard ensures systems and processes are optimised to deliver the best possible outcomes while mitigating risks.
