Before co-founding Liqueo, Richard built a career driving global change programmes for leading financial institutions. Helen plays a pivotal role at Liqueo as Executive Director, turning vision into reality and ensuring the company’s continued success. Sai is a recognised leader in asset management transformation, with over 20 years of experience helping global firms navigate complex change. As the head of Liqueo’s Advisory practice, he provides strategic oversight and expert guidance on a wide range of programmes—from Target Operating Model design and core platform implementations to large-scale data transformation and middle-office outsourcing. His deep domain knowledge spans technology change across platforms such as BlackRock Aladdin, State Street Alpha, SimCorp Dimension, and SS&C.

With a reputation for delivering results, Sai is highly regarded across the industry for his ability to align strategy with execution. He works closely with clients to design and implement transformation programmes that drive efficiency, enhance operations, and future-proof businesses. Whether shaping high-level strategy or rolling up his sleeves to solve complex challenges, Sai brings a pragmatic, results-driven approach that ensures success.

Craig is a highly experienced programme leader specialising in strategic change and operating model design for banks, global asset managers and buy-side vendors. With over 20 years of project management experience, he has successfully led large, complex programmes across front, middle, and back-office functions, overseeing global system implementations, outsourcing initiatives, and business integrations. His expertise in managing globally distributed teams, matrixed structures, and multi-tiered governance models makes him a trusted partner in delivering transformation.

Previously, in addition global programs such as Brexit and acquisitions in EMEA and Asia, Craig led teams in his role as Head of EMEA Product development for J.P. Morgan and Europe’s Implementation Services for Charles River Development. Today, as part of Liqueo’s Front Office practice, he provides oversight of front-office engagements, ensuring successful delivery. His ability to align strategy with execution, mitigate risks, and drive efficiency makes him an invaluable leader in the industry.

Danielle has spent her career partnering with financial services organisations to help build and scale their change and transformation programmes. As the head of Liqueo’s Talent & Engagement team, she ensures clients get the full value of our expertise – bringing in the right specialists, strengthening partnerships, and helping firms achieve their strategic goals.

With over 20 years of experience in client engagement, business development, and resource planning within asset and wealth management, Danielle knows what great looks like. She has played a key role in Liqueo’s growth, helping firms build high-performing teams and ensuring clients get the right solutions to meet their needs. With over 27 years of experience delivering technical implementations for global asset managers and buy-side vendors, John is a true expert in front-office system transformation. Having spent more than two decades specialising in Charles River, he has successfully led numerous migrations, integrations, and target operating model designs, ensuring seamless execution for clients across EMEA. As a former Managing Director at Charles River Development, he has built and managed technical teams that deliver enterprise-wide solutions with precision.
