Liqueo are a global technology and change consulting business – specialising in Asset and Wealth Management. We pride ourselves on advising and implementing technology and change programmes to our expanding client base. 

Over the last 10 years, the world has seen a dramatic increase in the velocity of how technology evolves. The world spends billions every year on research and development within the Financial Technology arena.  We’ve seen monumental advancements in augmented reality, artificial intelligence, computer vision and how we analyse and store data. These are all beginning to make a real difference to the way the Financial Services sector operates. 

But despite all these changes, I still believe it’s the people who hold the key to any organisation progressing.

The people in an organisation set the vision, the mission, the strategy, the culture and the values which then utilise all these incredible technological advancements. 

At Liqueo, hiring great people, developing their skills and retaining these amazing individuals in the business is the key to our growth so far and the future success of our journey.

In a relatively short time, we have already advised several very prestigious global clients. We’ve helped them with their operating models, their ways of working, regulatory changes, system architecture design, upgrades and implementations. We’ve saved them a huge amount of time and money – while increasing efficiency.

We understand it’s not a one size fits all for our clients. Every client has their own nuances we need to consider. This can mean a difference in processes, systems or stakeholders. 

Having the right people means we can listen and understand their needs. We can advise on best practice and help them implement the right solutions. 

Hence why our people are THE most important part of our journey.

It’s been an incredible journey so far. I am hugely proud of everyone who has joined us on it. We have surrounded ourselves with great people.
